I’ll ask again. Yes Pi Phi is usually top in grades (Tri Delt topped them last spring) but what else does Pi Phi do???

Personal opinion Tri Delt > Pi Phi

Pi phi usually gets rated higher during recruitment than Tri delt. Deserved or not deserved that’s how it has been
