will rush be like normal
by: questionwill it be all in person this year? there is nothing about it online and registration opens soon. i had friends that hated virtual so i am debating. the campus is open with in person classes so shouldn’t rush be the same?

I would expect some to be in person and some to be online. Either way, I would rush in the fall instead of waiting if you are really wanting to join a sorority. in my honest opinion online recruitment seems like it was more enjoyable than in person, but I can’t say as I wasn’t a PNM last year. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Are you asking if you should wait and rush with your sister in 2022? If that’s what you’re asking all I can say is you will feel bad ( and so will she) if she gets a house and you don’t. It is MUCH harder to get a bid as a sophomore. Not impossible but for sure much harder.

No because things keep changing as the CDC puts out different info. First night most likely will be zoom. The previous poster said kappa and chi o already have their list and for the first night zeta and pi phi already have their cut list as well. All four cut around a thousand the first night so they have to figure it out before recruitment starts. 99 percent sure pref night will be in person. Hope that helps!

I want to add not saying that to scare any pnms ( about the first night) but to just encourage you to not be scared, answer their generic questions they will ask you and smile! That day can be overwhelming with 11 houses but it goes by so quick and is mostly out of your hands. The next couple of nights are the most important to let your personality shine :)!

Yes, rush is a very stressful process but I can also understand girls wanting the opportunity to experience it fully. While it’s an overwhelming and stressful week, it’s also filled with anticipation and excitement.
