Top 3: SAE/Phi Delt/Sigma Chi

Upper: Kappa Sig, Lambda, KA

Mid: Pike, Sig Nu, Fiji

Low Mid: Sig Ep, Beta, Sig Pi

Low: AGR, Farmhouse, Theta Chi

SAE is in their own tier. Sigma Chi and Phi Delt need to be dropped. And move KA down

Lambda should be with the top tier. They have really been bowling all the other fraternities over.Especially consider two alumni with the last name Walton as in Walmart have a open wallet for that house.
