they have a pr budget of like $900 and aren’t even a real frat. all the guys are creepy/weird and the only reason people went to their parties this year is because actual frats couldn’t have them. their nick name is theta bye

my friend's drink was spiked at theta chi. pnms should 100% be warned about these guys. they prey on desperate freshman girls. they act however they want because they aren't a real frat on campus and can get away with whatever they want. please steer clear of theta chi parties ladies.
