These are truthful fraternity rankings and descriptions

TOP HOUSES:
SAE: No hiding that they are a top house for who knows why, they just are. Overall guys are stuck up and think they are better than everyone else. Rich! Their parties are just alright, but they have great functions and events. Have an amazing house, the biggest in the SEC, crazy. Guys get a lot of girls and are a fan favorite overall.

Sigma Chi: YEEEHAWWW! My country boys all fall here. Guys are super friendly, but can be offensive towards certain people. They have one great function, but other than that there is nothing really else. If you are not from Arkansas or drive a truck, im sorry you will not get in.

Lambda: Has great parties and guys are always so chill. All of my Lambda friends are awesome and this house knows how to have fun. Some guys can be a little weird but they are overall so sweet. Some of them do have a "I am better than you" personality, but that is how a lot of frat guys act. House is just like SAE, super pretty and in a great location.

Fiji: Weather you like them or not they are a top house. Everyone who talks bad about FIJI just got cut, or their girlfriend is always at the house. Fiji hands down has the best parties and probably the best functions at Arkansas. There are some crappy guys in Fiji which gives them their bad rank, but that is going to be every fraternity. Fiji guys are straight up dudes who are so awesome.

UPPER MIDDLE:
Kappa Sig: In my opinion I think a lot of Kappa Sigs are weird and super country/homely looking, but a lot of my friends love them. Haven't heard of them recently, but they are still very cool. They have such cute dogs, you have to visit their house.

KA: Guys here can either be so sweet and caring or can be so rude, you never know who you are going to meet. They do have some fun parties, but have been getting in trouble recently. Just normal boys in this frat.

Phi Delt: These guys have dropped from being a top house for sure. I feel like these guys have fallen off of the face of earth. I have not heard about them in so long and all the Phi Delts I met have creeped me out and are so weird.

LOWER MID:
SNU: Guys here are sweet and very nerdy. Their parties are alright, but they do not have the best brother hood as they have had fighting within their PCs. Some guys are amazing, but more of them are weird and think they are the top house at Ark.

Pike: Guys are rude and think it is funny to be rude. Pike took some weird PCs the last two times and it has truly dropped them. Pike has an amazing house, if only more people wanted to go their.

Sig Ep: I am really cheering for you guys. Once you get a house you will climb up the ladder big time as long as some of you become respectful. Some guys have been known to be super creepy, but without having a house no one wants to go to your parties, but we are cheering you on! I bet in a couple years you guys will be a top house.

BOTTOM:
Farmhouse: As sweet are you guys are offering to make us breakfast after a long night, we never really hear about you. The house is just alright, but I have never met one Farmhouse guy, sorry.

Beta/Theta Chi/Sig Pi: Sorry I barley know anything about these frats, don't have a house either so that does not help your case.
