Lower house on the rise
by: PositivityI just wanted to spread some positivity... on this site DG is automatically put last and the reason always is that it’s new. Yes it is still the newest house but they have been here for awhile, and they have improved so much over the years!! They are literally killing it!! Lets spread more positivity and uplift some other considered “lower” houses on this site!! Comment some positives :)

Not supposed to be a criticism post but uplifting others. 2nd time in a row theyve had higher grades AXO & everyones grades were pretty close together

Criticism none the less ? This isn’t meant to correct what houses are doing bad/wrong but to empower what theyre doing great on!!!

DG has a beautiful new house and the girls are so sweet!
Phi Mu has some very pretty girls and their staircase is awesome!
AOPI has a lot of pretty, friendly girls and they’ve definitely gotten so much better.
AXO has one of the strongest sisterhoods on campus and they’re very passionate about their philanthropy.
ADPI has a lot of very sweet girls and a beautiful house!

Phi Mu - tied for 2nd place for their scholarship month banner. These girls are always having fun.
AOPI - most improved house on campus. Sweet, pretty girls. Their bid day theme was one of my favorites!
AXO - genuine girls. I love their fire for their philanthropy! Loved their bid day theme!
ADPI - sweet, fun girls! Love their house! 1st place banner for scholarship month! Congratulations!!!

Absolutely not trying to be Debbie Downer on a positive post but I do want to point this out. Unfortunately there is a thick glass ceiling above newer houses on campus. Sad fact is that they’ll never move above it. BUT, that has never stopped our so-called “lower” houses from being top-notch! Fortunately for us, UA is a big Greek school with many girls choosing to come here for our Greek life. Every year we have smart, beautiful, friendly girls go through recruitment. The so called “top” houses can’t have them all so the wealth is spread through each and every house. Our “lower” houses are full of incredible girls that are in no way less than the girls in “top” houses. While ranks will always be a thing, it should never cause anyone to look down on any house on campus. The glass ceiling sucks but it’ll never stop us from growing and doing amazing things on campus for our school, philanthropy, community, sisters and ourselves. Pan love.

Yes everyone knows the ranks, how they work and how most houses keep their rank for a long long time. However through the years houses do move up and down. This post is merely about throwing positives out for the houses that dont get as good positive recognition as some of the others. There are so many beautiful smart rich girls in whats considered “low houses” , so it is important that PNMS on this site see this and recognize it. These houses all have great qualities and things to recognize and it’s good for people to see that. These are actual human beings in these houses no one person is less than someones else, so lets not bring down a positive post to make sure everyone knows how ranks work. Everyone knows. And they don't matter. This is to shine light and positivity to houses that get “basic” or “means” comments on this site the most which tend to be lower ones.

Cute girls!
GPA is decent and on the come up
Have really fun events to be a part of like milkshakes for miracles and miracle man! Their events are super fun and their philanthropy CMN is an amazing cause and very easy to get behind and feel a connection! The girls care a lot and they do great events on campus to raise awareness and money as well as events they do w just the miracle families! Keep up the great work girls!

I went to the milkshake for miracles 2 years ago and i had a lot of fun who doesnt want an excuse to eat ice cream?!! & im in another house and have several phi mu friends and my cousin is a phi mu! (Not all bad seeds!)
