Virtual recruitment - Yay? Nay?

Wondering what genetal thoughts are on virtual recruiting? I'm a junior so I have seen it from all sides - PNM, recruiter in person and recruiter virtually. Not gonna lie - I loved not losing my voice, sweating through my shirt & getting blisters from a week in heels. I would not mind keeping virtual for the open houses and maybe even philanthropy. Bring the PNMs in house for Sisterhood/House Tours & Preference!

Also - Who do you think benefitted or not by having it virtual?

HELPED: KD because of the distance to walk to their house
HELPED: ChiO because the crazy alum mommas got to talk their legacies' ears off between parties
DIDNT HELP: ADPi because they couldn't show off their pretty new house
DIDNT HELP: Phi Mu because they have been recruiting for looks the past few years and PNMs couldn't see that with no tents to hang in

I'm sure this post will be removed too, but love to hear some constructive ideas before that happens.

I loved virtual recruitment because I think it went a lot smoother and was way less stressful-but like you said, I think in person for house tours would be amazing because thats more of the "fun" part per se.
