House dues???????

Why is Kappa’s dues so expensive compared to the rest of the sororities?

Well dues are set nationally and based on many factors. The money you pay will not only help your house but could be used to start a new chapter elsewhere or help fund other houses that are struggling with memberships. Also some sororities do not allow their members to spring rush there any members they lose because of graduation ( or various other reasons ) will decrease the money they are bringing in so higher dues helps that situation. I agree that the dues should not be almost double pi phi though....
