Grades Spring 2020:
1. Tri Delt 3.728
2. Pi Phi 3.721
3. KD 3.718
4. Chi-O 3.697
5. Zeta 3.686

Actual Costs for First Year to All New Members in 2020:
1. Pi phi $2,431
2. Zeta $2,596
3. Aopi $2,918
4. AXO $2,982

10. Tri Delt $3,733

So based grade performance in 2020 plus expense to first years, the real overall rankings look a bit different:
Pi Phi (best overall grades and low expense)
Zeta // Chi-O
Tri Delt (best grades but they are the second most expensive house)
KD
Kappa ($1500 more a year than Pi Phi? Okay..)
Adpi
AXO (worst grades)
Aopi // Phi mu // DG
Let’s be real. No one wants to join a house that charges you too much or hurts your academics, in the middle of a pandemic.

wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t release them honestly. if they do I would expect them to look a lot different than usual as a lot of the top tier houses don’t have the upper hand that they usually do and all chapters were pretty evened out with online classes. I also think far more girls got a higher GPA than usual (myself included) that will make the grades look different. I’m interested tho so I hope they release them

why is kappa $1500 more? does this price include things that the other houses don’t?

You have no idea how much of an upper hand they are given. They get away with and are allowed to do things that “lower” houses aren’t. It’s sad because it actually seems like UA Panhellenic doesn’t want ALL houses to succeed and grow. Favoritism is real and obvious. Facts.

I like the first two rankings but when OP combined their overall ranking, it definitely wasn’t done with data. If you actually average those two rankings together, the overall ranking would be this. Don’t act like that ranking is data driven if you’re just going to make one up filled with personal preference.

Thank you- good job Tri Delta, Pi phi and KD with a 3.7 GPA. However everyone did a great job- 3.5 for an entire chapter is amazing
