Srat tier descriptions

(Saw this post and thought it was accurate so I wanted to share it!!)

Top: Kappa and Chi O

These two have been and will continue to be top houses. Lots of legacies and girls with connections. Since they have so many members, they do have a mix of girls who are pretty, sweet, smart, and fun. Also try to get the smart ones to win the GPA award each semester. They also have girls who are snobs and look down on everyone else. I guess all houses have girls like that.
Better physical house: Kappa

Lower top: Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Zeta
Pi Phi tends to get smart and cute girls, although not always the most outgoing. Tri Delt also gets smart ones, sometimes not as cute. Zeta is a mix of really great girls (smart, pretty, nice) who you would think would go Kappa/Chi O combined with some cute/fun/outgoing pledges with terrible reputations.
Best physical house: Tri Delt

Mid: KD, Phi Mu
KD has some really sweet girls, smart too. I guess the house isn't desired overall, so they lose a lot of pmns to the top five houses.
Phi Mu has the reputation of taking the pretty girls that the top houses dropped. Many times this is because they are mean girls. I think this year's pc will be better.
Better physical house: Phi Mu

Bottom: ADPi, AOPi, AXO, DG
All somewhat the same, however, I do see ADPi moving to middle next year. They got a good pc.
Best physical house: ADPi

Parts of it are really true. Others are inaccurate.
I would say put Pi Phi and Zeta at top and Zeta’s house is super nice.
Move TriD to mid. Nice house.
Move Phi Mu to bottom. Not a fan of the house although I know others like it.
Maybe?? move either ADPi to mid. I don’t know much about DG, so I can’t comment on them. AXO could move to mid too. Lower mid, but still mid.

Spot on if you remove Phi Mu from mid and put them at the bottom.

I’m in the bottom house but I would swap phi mu and ADPI. Adpi is for sure a middle house and in the same league with KD. Phi Mu have a beautiful house but filed with mean girls. I made a category of girls I knew who were mean in high school be end up in phi mu and I was right. I’m in neither of the three houses so this is unbiased.
