Top:
Kappa/Chi O-hardest to get into need connections, money, legacy status, and grades
Pi Phi/Zeta- both selective too but not as connections based as kappa and chi o. Pi phi looks at resume and zeta looks at personality/looks.
Upper mid:
Tri Delt- not so focused on connections but go for girls with good grades and “quirky”
KD/ADPI- both more down to earth. KD is more granola and goes for grades. ADPI is sweet and quirky and smart too
Mid:
AXO- sweet girls on the come up. Would put them at solid middle now as they’ve stepped it up with the past two pc’s. Still an “easy” one to get into but they deserve this spot for being genuine and involved.
Low middle (no bottom houses):
AOII/Phi Mu-both very different. AOII is not very involved so a lot of people don’t know many AOII’s but mostly sweet girls just not very desired. Phi Mu has dropped would say they’re middle but moving them down due to rep issues and mean girls. Mostly girls who got cut from top houses and are bitter about it it seems. Need to work on that
DG- super sweet girls just new and not very well desired. Hopefully will increase in their desire to pnm’s over the years.

Phi Mu was more desired than AOII during recruitment this year, at least for me and most of the girls on my floor

@greek sorry, but I’m judging that you actually admitted that. Mean girls vs nice girls and you pick mean?

The girl I talked to in Phi Mu was nice but the one in AOII was mean, so that’s how I felt

The girls they took this ( some ) were girls the other houses wouldn’t even consider.
