Not really sure how many times it needs to be said on here but for all top houses it REALLY does come down to connections. It is not about your zip code but about if there is atleast one girl in the house that can pull for you. So if a house already has Dallas girls then more Dallas girls will get in. The same goes for any other city. The recruitment chair or someone on the recruitment committee could possible see your recruitment packet and be intrigued enough to investigate further and get your name out there but the girl would need to be attractive with a stellar resume. The reason being is many many of pretty girls go through. Many girls with involvement go through. Many girls with amazing grades go through. You would need all the above to catch someone’s eye if no one knows you, and even then plenty of these girls slip through the cracks and end up in other houses. Which is why all houses are great at uark!
