most top houses like that do already have an idea of who they want. nothing is impossible, though! it's always best to have someone in house fighting for you. all houses are awesome and it's good to keep an open mind

They 100000000% have a list. and its full of Little Rock girls and legacies which ends up making chi o very cliquey. Dont get your heart set on it just in case

Recruitment starts after Bid Day. 2021 PC has largely been chosen BUT houses do have girls that will surprise a house during recruitment so they’ll be added to that houses roster.

Genuinely curious how you know you like Chi O already..? You don’t go here so what are you basing that off of besides knowing they’re a top house. If you read much on this site you can pretty quickly find out their reputation and how most Greek’s feel about them. Not saying you can’t like or want them, just encouraging you to do a bit more research before putting all your eggs in one basket
