How I see the houses

Top:
Kappa- has been top forever and will continue to be top. Exclusive and well desires just ranked #1 chapter nationally
Lower Top:
Chi O/Zeta/Pi Phi- Top tier but not Top house. These three are all so different in personality and overall vibes but they’re selective and well desired. Chi o goes for money and connections and legacies. Zeta goes for outgoing girls with connections. Pi phi goes for resume girls with connections.
Upper mid:
Tri Delt/KD- upper mid. These are pretty popular sororities both similar in who they go after. They look for smart girls who have a good resume. Don’t necessarily need connections but those help. Nice girls but don’t really stand out compared to others.
Mid:
ADPI/AXO/Phi Mu- Solid middle. Take a wide range of girls all very different but on the same level. The sorority you’ll want if you get cut from top houses. AXO used to be bottom but now are in the same range as these and no this is not an AXO self rank. They have improved.
Lower mid:
AOPI/DG- these girls are lower mid not saying bottom tier cause there is no bottom here. Great sororities just not ones that stand out. Take girls from everywhere and not necessarily peoples first choice. Average girls

SSDD! Contrary to YOUR opinion, things have changed. But I’m not even going to get into your bs rankings, instead I’m going to address your complete and total disrespect of most girls in Greek life.
Just because a girl lands in kappa, chi o, etc DOES NOT make them any better than a girl who lands in dg!! To say girls “don’t stand out compared to others” or “average girls” is insulting!! Not every girl that goes through recruitment can be a kappa!! Not every girl that goes through recruitment has the connections that others do but that doesn’t make them “average” or less worthy!! There are beautiful, 4.0 girls with amazing resumes in EVERY house!!

It depends on a perspective. But to look down at a group just because it is not “zzz” is what Wow! Is talking about.
It is a lack of respect to fellow women. It would be interesting to know her house. Who feels entitled enough to describe each group like that.
Be better- learn and change.

I will take “average” over entitled any day! At least they’re real and didn’t have to rely on high school friends to get them into a house.

Thank you! I had KD and DG, but I pref DG and receive a bid from them. There avg girls in each houses yet there are girls who have great gpa, scholars, and done a lot.

Thank you! This needed to be said!! Every house has amazing girls! No house can stake claim on the best quality girls since they are everywhere!

No need to single out this person to be mad at. It’s just her opinion. Girls will be girls and will try to get into the most difficult to get into house usually. A thousand percent there a great girls in every house. I think the past couple of years there has been a shift as far as SOME girls forgetting ranks and making their choice on how they felt with the girls that rushed them in the house they ended up pledging. True fact unfortunately is some girls are given no choice based on how many cut them. Recruitment sucks for a lot and not sure how to change that.
