Phi Mu question

why does phi mu take so many girls who are reputation risks?? i know a girl in phi mu who bullied people relentlessly all through high school and she’s a phi mu. but i’ve also heard the same story from multiple other girls. what’s up??

Phi Mu is more concerned about appearances. If you have the looks, you’ve got a spot. Sadly this one is why they have the “mean girl” reputation on campus - they’ve taken too many rep risks (bullies) who continue to live up to those reputations.

they honestly deserve to be a bottom tier house with how rude the girls are. i had to pick up a girl a few weeks ago whose phi mu friends left her on the curb at a fiji party. she was extremely drunk and incoherent and the girls just left her.

and i’m sure there are some great girls in phi mu who are just stuck in the wrong place, but from what i’ve heard they only get talked bad about.

My roommate is Phi Mu and I had to pick her up from a party where she was surrounded by nothing but drunk strangers, completely wasted, and left stranded by her “sisters”. Sad. Sorority sister or not, all girls should look out for each others safety. Not cool.

Can someone explain why looks matter to phi mu and probably other houses? I can see why the top houses care but not for phi mu.

Nobody knows, not a top house and they don’t deserve to be. Filled with rude girls who only bring other people down. Toxic

i dont like to post on here & no i dont belong to this house. but every house gets girls with bad reps. its impossible to know everything about every girl going through. every house is gonna get a few bad seeds. but with that- cant girls grow up? maybe a girl had a bad rep in high school but is trying to redeem herself? idk just a thought

I have several close friends in Phi Mu and they have nothing but positive things to say. I see their experience and witness the chapter trying to better themselves every day. Let’s support one another and grow as a greek community.

I am in this house & can say I have never been surrounded by more mean people. I have a few close friends but majority of them are not nice girls. The funny thing is the ones who are “hot” are the meanest of people.
