You should be blaming the university. They decided to have in person classes to get people to live on campus and get more money. They are the ones to blame when it comes down to it. There wouldn’t be cases on campus if there weren’t in person classes.

They should have set up required weekly testing like few of the big 10 schools require to at least keep the positives off campus and isolated, too many people too close here
