Sisterhood round pricing

by:

Hey pnms did any of you take notes on the cost of all the sororities? Panhellenic required everyone to include that in sisterhood round now and I’m curious which houses are most and least expensive

You might be able to find this info on the uark Panhellenic website! I’m not sure though but worth a look!

Costs for Living In House
(since that is the eventual goal)
and no... KD is not the least and KKG is not the most (LOL)

This was published by panhellenic and should give you a good indication on how these houses pass along costs to members and alumni. All have built new houses over the past few years and it is interesting to see the ones that passed along significant costs to their members.

AXO - $13,082
AOPi - $11,647 (Could be $1K cheaper based on room rate)
KKG - $11,327
PiPhi - $10,719
DG - $10,623
PhiMu - $9,839
KD - $9,294
TriDelt - $9,072
XO -$9,055
ZTA - $8,996
ADPi - $8,936

Hope this helps as I know it plays a role in your decisions.

Why is aopi the second most expensive? Their house is the oldest on the row. Are they planning on adding on to it soon or something?

Question on why AOPi is more expensive... not 100% sure. From what I can see on the comparisons with other houses, they are the only one that charges various costs for different types of rooms (which leads me to believe it has a lot to do with house costs). I know when AOPi and AXO were built there was a lot of chatter about their houses coming in over budget and not enough alumni/national support to offset the costs.... which means it gets pushed to the members in house.

I have a friend who lived in the AOPI house and from what i could tell when i would visit her they had different kinds of rooms. the cost shown here is likely for a single room because i think she told me it was like $8,000 for a room where she had two roommates
