how many people will be cut next round during sisterhood?

If more than five houses on your schedule expect to be cut from one or two. If less than five you may be cut from one or maybe even not cut at all.

Do you mean cuts BEFORE sisterhood round? If so then Gigi is correct. After sisterhood it goes down from five to two so the cuts are a bit deeper.

I believe the rules used to be that if you had one house at pref you were guaranteed a bid, but according to the rules on the Panhellenic website, it says at no point is a PNM guaranteed a bid

If your invited to pref than they can see you in their house. Even if low on the list the system is set up to maximize the bids given out. It would be extremely rare for a pnm to not get a bid if they maximize all their options and are welcoming to all houses. If rude to any house you could be on the chopping block.
