Ladies, I know it may sometimes feel easier said than done with the ups and downs of recruitment, but...
...please do your best to have the confidence it takes to realize that any house that recognizes your strengths and sees your potential is automatically a top house.
You’ve worked hard to be here and be part of this process, and all the hard work you’ve put in up until now - sports, school groups, volunteer service, jobs, church activities - has prepared you to lead an organization such as the chapters remaining as options to you.
All chapters have room for growth and improvement, and you are the one who can make it happen - all while forming friendships that will last a lifetime, as well as a social and professional network you can tap into after you graduate, wherever your career path takes you.
Hang in there! I promise it’s worth it!
