Descriptions of houses

Kappa - always a good house, consistent and has some great girls always.
Tri delt - well rounded - feel like they have fluctuated a bit over the past few years but always solid as long as they keep out of scandals.
Pi Phi- some of the sweetest girls you've ever met. Have been called "boring" and they may be in terms of partying - but NICE girls all around.
Zeta - always decent but their PC's haven't been absolutely amazing past few years. Good! But not great. Overall well rounded girls, and I think any girl would be pleased with them on bid day. Consistent
Chi O - there is a difference in being proud of being the founding chapter, and being elitist. Have gone down the past few years no doubt - Upholds a "us against everyone " mentality and it has damaged their reputation. They had the chance to prove they had good morals and cared more about the girls rather than their area codes & financial status, but they failed miserably. Will try to up their "diversity factor" this year.
ADPI- LOWKEY girls, but they have managed to pull off consistently good PC's the past 2-3 years. Can be considered top tier but will never brag about it. Super involved on campus & I know everyone is anxious to see their PC this year.
KD- Well rounded girls. Extremely similar to ADPI, however I know they aren't necessarily the BEST at holding conversations during recruitment, which has hurt them. Nice, smart girls & similar to ADPI, can now be considered a top house.
Phi Mu- Is not a bad house. Not as involved, and always just kind of ... there. But they are gorgeous girls & keep tp themselves with not a ton of drama, (to my knowledge). Would still rank ADPI and KD over them though.
AXO- cute girls. Down to earth and sometimes a little weird, but a good group in all. Did AMAZING at greek sing this year.
AOPI- Hard to establish themselves. Nice girls, but they have a hard time recruiting. Very different groups across the board.
DG - its a shame because they are a great sorority nationally. However, it will take TIME for them to become well established at Ark again, and to lose their reputation.
