by: WtfOk so everyone talks about a top 5 being kappa, pi phi, chi o, zeta, and tri delt but if we’re comparing them really there’s a top 4 being Kappa, Pi phi, Chi O, and Zeta. Tri Delt is good but it’s more of an upper mid on it’s own. The other 4 are more desired and zeta used to be on the same level as Tri Delt but they’ve stepped up the past years. Tri Delt is good but not a for sure top house

Selective having the most flexibility with cutting pnm’s meaning the more girls that want them the more choices they have on who to cut and the greater the amount they can cut. Also retention rates, popularity stuff like that

Sounds like a popularity contest as well as possible celebrity (like pioneer daughter), some beauty queens/cheer/pom squad and many rich girls who's families money "buy" their way into "top". TBH, I'd rather be "mid" as the pressure in the "top" sounds high and judgey. You better be as described above if you join "top" and be ready

Not a tri delt but personally would pref them over like chi o and pi phi
