Why are top houses top

Well it just means that when pnm’s rank the houses these have been consistently at the top of their rankings. You rank from 11 to top 8. Then 8 to top five. The five to top 2. Rarely do kappa, zeta, pi phi , chi o or tri delt get cut By pnm’s before pref night at uark. That is just facts. The system of making top houses cut a huge amount of pnm’s the first round also keeps them top. When everyone around you gets cut by kappa and you still have them, you think twice about how you rank them next round even if you think they were nothing special and like other houses better ( I will admit to doing this). These houses have been around longer than the other houses. New houses have to scrape their way up from the bottom. Kudos to them. Unlike other college sororities when I say all houses here have great girls I mean it! Pretty, funny, smart, leaders, outgoing ... on and on. You will find all types in every house!
