Rankings Based on Physical House!

Hey y’all! Future real estate agent here! These are all my personal opinions and I LOVE all the houses here! Even the older houses here are a lot nicer than the nicest ones at other universities!
Kappa/ Zeta: just so pretty. The exteriors are very similar and the interiors are just as nice!
ADPi/ DDD: also similar looking, beautiful style and look very homey!
Phi Mu: very nice interior and I love the pink brick!
AXO/ DG: very pretty!!! the traditional columns are red brick is timeless
Alpha O: Very cute as well!
KD: beautiful but unfortunately very far from campus :(
Pi Phi: pretty outdated and needs renovation but cute on the inside! also far from campus
Chi O: the oldest house on Maple being the founding chapter. Alums consider it historical so it is unlikely there will be any major renovations. Dark and dated on the inside but closer to campus than KD and PBP

all of this is based on what the houses looked like when I went in them during recruitment a few years ago, so I really don’t have anything else to base it on. I haven’t seen the inside of Chi O since then. I know Pi Phi has a newer house, it just doesn’t look new on the outside.

Not original poster but agree with the post. I like the colonial look of kappa and zeta the best. Tri delt is big and the look my mom preferred one campus tour so I can for sure see how that could be some pnm’s fav. Chi o was my LEAST my fav ( I did get the house tour) because the inside is dark and cramped. Pi phi was the exact opposite in that it was all white and sterile ( reminded me of a hospital) not to mention basically off campus.

I like the laid back look of the Pi Phi house. I love how Tri Delta looks. Phi Mu is so pretty with the staircase on the outside. Chi O is Historical from the street but looks great from the inside with renovations, the outside will never change because of that. Dg did a nice job but something is lacking. Zeta, kappa, AXO, AOP are all traditional and nice looking but just what they should look like.

agreed! Chi O’s exterior looks historical and the brick looks pretty dated in my opinion and I think brick restoration would really make it look great. I haven’t seen the inside of the house since renovation, but I’ve heard it’s improved a lot!
As for Pi Phi, I like their house but the arrowhead shape is not really my taste.

They ran out of money so half of it is siding?? I mean it’s a cute house in theory but I just can’t get over the siding
