I heard we are not allowed to hangout or see boys and we are not allowed to use our phone the whole week or we will get cut Is this true

Yes this is true, girls that lived in my dorm got cut early on because of this

Boys are a no no but as far as your phone goes this year with a lot being virtual I doubt they will enforce that.
