Prediction: post recruitment rankings

Disclaimer: this is obviously just my personal opinion. Only posting this because if my gut instincts are correct, I’ll want to bump this and pat myself on the back in a few weeks! (lol) Again, just my opinion and I know plenty will disagree with me, and that’s okay! I love all our houses here!!
From talking with numerous pnms, my prediction of post-recruitment rankings:

I think tri delt still holds the numb 5 spot, decent house but no more special than pi phi or chi o. I do believe that pi phi is higher than chi o though, making the top 5 rank

Also i agree that kd takes the numb 6 spot. Some posts say that phi mu or adpi is up there but i dont believe that to be true. Adpi may have some sweet, down to earth girls, but they also have some very very weird, dont go out at all, girls. Phi mu got a mixed bag of girls because their pc 18 was so terrible. The girls are def a step up from the year before, but nothing special really. Phi mu and adpi look good to pnms only because they are good at only putting their prettiest girls on the instagram, and acting super adorable during rush. Kd has a high gpa, and is filled with girls who were just cut short of the top 5. A lot of my friends in top houses had kd on pref. Overall i think the bottom half ranking is

I think chi o will fall to last of the top positions. Girls wanting a top house will still prob want chi o. Lots of history behind this house at uark which will keep them a top but so much drama and too disliked to be a number one or two choice amoungst pnms

I have to disagree with one point. I am not an adpi but they are known as “sweethearts” on campus and are getting a new house. Kd, in the other hand, didnt get a very good pc and might not this year because their goal is grades and the top houses usually get grades first. I would switch adpi and kd. Regardless i think this is true. Its sad to see pi phi drop but they seem less valued by pnms. They are not involved and keep to themselves, which is not what pnms want. Hope they have a good rush though

I can’t see tri delt rising above pi phi yet. Pi phi’s may not have as much of a presence on campus with their latest PC, but as a whole their chapter is stronger and they have been a top three house for decades. They rush a very different type of girl than tridelt too so it’s not like tridelt will be stealing a ton of their girls. That being said, tri delt is rising and their new house is gorgeous. Will be interesting to see if they can steal a lot from zeta and pi phi.

I think it’s very possible Tri delt could move ahead of pi phi! I didn’t pledge them but they were so fun during recruitment last year and pi phi was just boring.

This is probably pretty close to accurate. It’s super difficult to rate chi o because it’s hard to see Little Rock legacies ( that none of the other top five or six are even looking at) going elsewhere. So I am guessing they will claim they got who they want and their alumna wanted?? Will Pi Phi fall below Tri Delt??? That will be interesting to watch. Both have amazingly strong chapters nationally. I may give a slight edge to Tri Delt for having a great house ( pi phi’s is just so far ) and a philanthropy more people are drawn too. I really want to say but pi phi has ..... going for them but seriously can’t think of anything. Would normally say grades but not ahead of Tri Delt last semester. Ok I will say this... I love the angel mascot and no not a pi phi but if girls make it to pref then pi phi could steal. I was torn pref night because how amazing they did. I can’t see KD getting the girls ADPI wants unless they have had the girls work on their conversation skills. I had both most of the week and always enjoyed my time in ADPI while struggled to keep the convo going at KD. I hope KD does well though because I know a couple of super sweet awesome KD’s!

Y’all come on. AXO is a great house, no argument there. But this post said predictions and no they aren’t nor will be above phi Mu.

This is kind of tricky, Phi Mu and AXO recruit very different types of girls. Based on the girls I've met, I'd say AXO and ADPI recruit similar girls (the sweet/down to earth type), but I wouldn't put them above Phi Mu. Phi Mu just somehow becomes a PNM favorite during rush, they did a great job last year.

I like this but I do not think that Chi O will be this high. I do think that they will take great legacies but not ones that other houses will want. They will continue to drop until the Alum lets go of the tight leash that they have. Way to many outstanding out of state girls at UARK.

ChiO/Tri Delt/Pi Phi
I see these as equal with Chi O slipping a bit, Tri Delt trying to improve & Pi Phi ghosting a bit to stay the same.
