sororities not given list of pnms

i saw that an active from a sorority say that their sorority isn’t given a list of all the pnm and they basically have to find them, so does that mean the sororities won’t get to see all of the pnms before they make cuts the first round,

No, they get a list of all the PNMs and all the information they submit for registration

Every sorority gets a list of PNM’s so you will be seen! They probably mean’t that not every active gets that same exact list👍👍

Every sorority has a complete list of PNMs and have been given your information since registration opened. The recruitment team/officers for each chapter have access to each of you. Not really possible for every member to have access to every PNM. Chapters know their members - they know each of their hometowns, what clubs they were involved with in high school, their majors, etc. and will flag similar PNMs for them to meet. So the active you talked to probably doesn’t have access to the full list of PNMs, but you won’t be overlooked! We are working hard to get to know you!

I am in a top five house. Not all of us have the list. I can’t imagine being a recruitment chair. It must be overwhelming. Kudos to them!
