Truth about joining a sorority

Going into rush I was super unsure but I’d say overall I had a good rush. However I didn’t get the house I preffed which I was bummed about but I also really loved the house I received.

I thought I would make “instant best friends” but that is not the case. For some people yeah but not for me. I felt like no one was super welcoming and it made me sad and I considered dropping for the longest time bc I felt like the only one without a friend group.

2 months later and I have made the bestest friends ever and feel so at home with my sorority now. If you’re ever having doubts just give it a chance and I promise everything is how it’s supposed to be!!

Don’t regret anything and don’t let your “bummers” get in the way of your fun!
