Bid list already set?

All tops are getting close to having their list set. Chi o is prob done because it’s mainly picked by their alums. The tops do try hard because they don’t want to lose girls to other tops. It’s not what you see here on this site .. every girl ranks kappa first and on down to Tri Delt fifth. Within the top houses they have girls that are also on other top house list. Most girls go based on the house they loved every day during recruitment not simply because on here random girls put them higher on the list. Also it is very possible ( and more likely to be honest) for a girl to say be on kappas list because of a close connection and have a difficult recruitment. The second round she may have Kappa but only two or three lower houses left. Then get cut by a couple more and have Kappa and her lowest ranked house on pref. If she isn’t high enough on kappas list when they rank the girls after pref she could end up in a bottom house. So being on a top list now doesn’t mean that’s where you will end up. Connections are most important followed by your personality/looks then followed by your resume. By looks I don’t mean gorgeous I just mean the persons who rush you think your cute. Luck also has a part in all this. You get lucky and get paired with actives that you really mesh with. This year I predict will be very different. I think chi o will struggle ( I seriously cant imagine how they couldn’t ) and I think girls who have been pro active this summer reaching to actives ( again making those connections) will have a great shot at a top house where as in previous years they would not have been on the list.
