Sororities trying too hard
by: 20There are some sororities here that are really pushing their chapter onto pnm’s and incoming freshman. It’s good to be engaged with them but don’t need to be so in their face like having a bunch of girls from the sorority follow certain girls. Seems desperate and most are from sororities that aren’t high up and need the engagement

If 15 Kappa’s follow a PNM they’ll feel honored
If 15 girls from bottom houses follow a PNM they’re “trying too hard”
Have PNMs considered that it’s the houses that make the cuts? Have y’all considered that if a bottom house doesn’t want you, they can cut you even if you think you’re too good for them?
There’s nothing wrong with sororities trying to make themselves known when PNMs clearly just want top houses and will spend all of recruitment talking badly about bottom houses. Plus, even if you don’t join that house, maybe you can make a friend. Not everyone from an outside chapter is your enemy.

Love your pan love!! And I totally agree, it is SO nice to feel wanted by your sorority not just a girl to add to the numbers. I remember when I was a new member and one of the first times I talked to my president she called me by my name and it made me feel special to know she knew who I was already out of all 100+ girls in my PC!

I totally agree. Everyone from the top houses to the lower ranked houses are fighting for the girls they want on insta. It doesn’t matter what house your in......recruitment is off and running and yes some chapters are trying harder than others but in my opinion it will payoff for them. I loved the house I ended up in because although I had higher ranked houses left this particular house made feel so special and wanted. So I don’t blame any house for putting the work in and going after the girls they want.
