Thinking I’d rather be in a lower house
by: ThoughtsI found out about this site earlier this week and I’ve been reading all the posts and comments. I don’t want to start mean girl crap but why are the top houses disliked so much? Well, except Zeta. Is it like this on campus or just here? I won’t have top houses interested in me anyway because I know no one but I think I would be much happier in a lower house anyway and avoid all the hate.

There is a lot more top house hate here than on campus. I think that’s typical anywhere though because even if people don’t want to admit it, they’re jealous they were cut. The good thing about lower houses is that a lot of times they are more well liked for their reputation and not just for how long they’ve been on campus. Personally I’m in a lower house and love it, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t have wanted to be in a top house when I rushed

Most of this site is BS. Not the real world. The reality is that all the houses are much more alike than they are different. All are filled with wonderful, smart, beautiful involved members. I certainly wouldn’t worry about top vs bottom because there really isn’t a bad house on this campus. Good Luck!

Agree that top house girls don’t come in here. I am in a lower tier house to be honest. I feel like the mid tier houses such as adpi KD phi mu prob come on here the most as it seems they are all fighting for that number six spot.

Kappa is liked. Pi phi is as well except for some opinions about not being as involved as they should. Really only chi o gets hate it seems to me.
