social media advice for recruitment

PNM's! make your social medias public, looks kind of sketchy when its private like you have something to hide potentially (may not be the case but since recruitment is going to be weird this year just a recommendation) also, follow all the chapters on instagram because chapters notice who you're following and who you're not aka you look like you already have a preference. which even if you do! don't make it known until you've secured a bid, then you can unfollow the other houses. last thing, if an active follows you on insta or elsewhere, not a good look to not follow them back.
