Best bottom tier frat? I kinda slacked during rush, so now my options are bottom tier frats, but its ok. Please rate in order between: sigep, FIJI, Pike,EN and phi delt

coming to arkansas next year, what are the big 3 fraternitys?

the big 3 WERE Sigma Chi, SAE, and Kappa Sig, but you might not want to limit your choices to those because a couple of them suck in a lot of ways. In terms of big houses, also look at Lambda Chi, maybe Sigma Nu and Phi Delt, possibly even Fiji or Pike, (then you've got the smaller ones like Sig Ep and Sigma Pi, and AGR and Farmhouse are barely around) but you start running into less stereotypically Greek houses the further down the list you go.

phi delt was big back in the day then they got kicked off and kappa sig started to rise. now kappa sig is getting in trouble and phi delt is coming back pretty strong they've got some work to do over at Phi delt but its not easy coming back after getting kicked off. sig chi and SAE are also good but you REALLY have to know them you cant just expect to go through rush and get one of them. so as of now in order i'd say its sig chi or SAE for nuber 1 and 2 then phi delt for number 3.

Phi Delta Theta getting initiated one weekend didn't make them "coming back pretty strong." It makes them (still) a chapter that is weak and just now getting started back up. Their rush class didn't do so well...and they've gotten in even more trouble since and have yet to be able to have parties, and on top of that, have the worst GPA. Pike even beat them. Phi Delt has more than a lot of work left to do. They took a lot of guys just for numbers who didn't turn out so well. Sigma Nu and Lambda have even risen above them, with even fijis showing a strong front, especially once they finally receive the new house. Kappa Sigma has fallen, and now it's the Sae boys leading along with Sig Chi.
