Should I be following sorority members?
by: pnmHey y’all I was wondering if it’s okay to follow girls in sororities I’m really interested in or just in general. Would following their exec put me on their radar? I’m just worried it’s weird if I follow random girls

it is a good idea to follow the chapter’s Instagram and some of the exec! Especially VP recruitment. Remember not to show favoritism (following only a few chapters) because chapter’s will notice! Interact on the Instagram and stuff and feel free to message them! If they notice you they might message first!

If an active follows you on instagram i would suggest following them back. That means they are interested in you! Also reach out to them, and every active i know would love to answer your questions

hmm that is interesting and frankly rude if you ask me. i totally get it that they don’t want to add 1500 plus girls to their insta but they must know y’all would notice if they unfollowed and get worried. BUT that did happen with me with chi o last year and i has them till the end so it may not mean anything. Honestly though last year things like that were frowned upon and now it’s totally ok for us to follow you so stay cautiously optimistic. Also don’t be private pnm’s! Girls need to see your insta and some may miss out on you simply because they don’t want to have to follow then unfollow. Good luck to you and keep being pro active about having girls notice you!

Is your insta private? If so, they would have had to follow to check you out. But I agree with hi that I can understand not wanting to follow 1500 girls. Don’t take it personally or let it make you paranoid. You have definitely been acknowledged! ❤️ Try to find the sophomores and follow them too. They’re looking for littles day one of recruitment and will be your biggest advocates.

Hi! No worries! That happened to me last year and it didn’t mean anything! I was worried as well. It’s a lot of girls to follow. They can take a look then put a star on your packet or whatever and put you on their radar.
PMM’S. IF an ACTIVE follows you and you don’t follow back it is considered extremely RUDE and a good way to get cut! I don’t care what house they are in
