How to make connections
by: PnmHi, so since pnm’s can contact actives and actives can contact pnm’s. What are some things to ask in order to make a connection? Or how do you even make connections? I was also wondering if two connections in each house is enough or do I need more?

Any active member of a chapter would LOVE to receive a message from a PNM! Some questions to ask if you are having a hard time thinking of what to say (all questions are good questions though):
What makes your chapter unique and special to you?
What were some things you did to prepare for recruitment?
How was your recruitment experience?
What advice would you give to a pnm?
What do you love about your philanthropy?
What are service hours like?
Those are pretty basic questions so absolutely feel free to ask about many other topics! Get to know them and make a connection with them about things you have in common (hometowns, hobbies, etc)
All pnms should take advantage of this opportunity! Formal recruitment week can feel very similar to a job interview and can be extremely repetitive, this is a time where you can freely be yourself and put yourself out there! Popping up in actives dm's can only help you!
Good luck!
