What is important ?

Can we get a ranking from most to least important of recruitment factors? Like being a legacy, gpa, looks, resume, having someone on the inside, and all that stuff ?

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I feel like a lot of the rankings on here reflect the different factors you’re curious about! :)

Certain sororities put less importance on looks so I would reverse that with grades. Pi phi, KD, chi o, AXO, ALL of these sororities pretty girls though!! I just wouldn’t say they value that second.
Kappa you may add family money somewhere on that list.
Zeta puts a lot of importance on fun personality. If they like you during recruitment than you have a shot at getting a bid. I would put your personality as number 2 on their list and number 3 on most other sororities.
Connections on the inside is for sure number one no doubt for all!

7. Resume (honestly no one looks at them. it is just a box to check)
