Pre-Bids a thing?

Do any of the fraternities give out pre-bids in the summer after attending their summer events? If so, how does that usually work & what exactly does it mean?

Haha top houses only take pre bids. And not very many of them. Good luck!

If you attend a couple of events and impress, yes you can get a pre bid. It basically is an invite to join. The rush chair will take you aside and tell you they would like to offer you a pre bid. It’s verbal not an actual piece of paper. Occasionally the pre bids do not turn into actual bids but it’s rare.
