Rushing as Sophomore

I will be a sophomore at the University this fall and am wanting to rush, but I have heard that it is extremely hard as a sophomore. Is it bad to rush as a sophomore? How likely am I to actually get a bid with being a sophomore? Also, if there are any other things I should know, please feel free to let me know! Asking for Fraternity rushing!
