transfer students

by:

As a student coming in as a transfer is it even worth it to pay the fee to rush? I’ve been told you will almost always be cut by the end of philanthropy round. Is there any truth to this? Honesty either way is appreciated. I would rather be told the truth now than have my heart broken during rush.

You will be fine! Just utilize all your options. Show interest in ALL sororities ( they are all good here and your experience will be what you make of it!) and don’t drop. There is usually one or two sororities that don’t make quota and give out bids at the last min on bid day. Yes you may have less options during recruitment but if you want the experience of being in a sorority it can happen for you!
