This ^^ Every year at least two houses get shot down, one worse than the other. I want to say it's probably rival houses that want to one up them in ranks or secure their place with better PNMs.
Honestly each chapter has it's pros and cons, and at UArk they're more or less alike than different in so many ways. People just need to find where they feel most at home and ignore the haters.
All the people calling PiPhi dull/vanilla and saying they'll drop from second place this fall - they're academic minded that's why they're 'dull', but they place first almost every semester on GPAs.
ChiO might be bratty to outsiders and took on a massive rep risk and have interfering alums/mamas but they also have one of the strongest sisterhoods on campus. Especially since they put up with all this crap regularly.
The other sororities said to have the strongest sisterhoods on campus are DG and AXO - which are both bottom tier, but said to have the nicest people on campus beside Zetas. Not to mention DG has one of the best looking houses on campus and AXO are one of the most actively involved. You can't help but love AXO during HoCo.
Phi Mu may be the most hated sorority by other sororities, but they are considered indisputably the hottest/trendiest girls at UArk and apparently one of the fun chapters - so yeah, all the Frats like them. As a result, despite the shade from other sororities, that's also why so many PNMs want Phi Mu even with their mean girl rep.
Zeta might not initially be on most PNMs radar before they reach campus and have the shortest/least exciting big/little week, but are the hot/trendy nerd girls that apparently everyone loves and throw the best bid days year after year.
TriDelt are considered a mesh of the most random girls so in the past they had kinks in their sisterhood, but it's clear they've grown a lot since then and the diversity can be great if you want to be in a sorority that isn't so cookie-cutter. Plus they're hands down one of the most passionate about their philo.
AOPi keep being slammed as bottom of the barrel because they've only recently woken up on campus, but they have some cute and fun girls and seem pretty nice. If that's what bottom of the barrel is, then all the sororities at UArk are pretty damn great.
KDs got shot down this year for being 'boring'/'forgetable' during rush, which is sad on their part because they were pretty strong before that and got a new house too, but KDs still have a supportive sisterhood and every chapter has a rough patch once in while. They still managed to get a decent PC, even if no one was blown away this year - and I expect they'll work much harder this fall now they're settled into that georgous house.
ADPi are probably going to get attacked near fall because it seems the trending houses always gets knocked down before rush by other girls - but ADPi are one of the most well liked houses due to their chill sisterhood they still managed to haul in a great PC despite being homeless during rush. Some randos on GR are saying their PC isn't good, but who are you kidding? As if you could pull off what they did at your chapter without a house.
Kappa are said to be stuck up, rich and only hang with other Kappas. I've seen Kappas with PiPhis and TriDelts before - albeit that I've never seen them with lower tier girls...But at the end of the day, every PNM year after year still prays for an invite back to Kappa because overall they are what they are: the top house. Problem is this post actually comes across as a desperate attempt by a phi mu to label themselves again as the hot girls all frats and pnm’s want. Your message seems like a disguise to boost your sorority. Sad cuz it could have been a good post if not so obvious. And this is coming from me a non phi mu that actually doesn’t think they should constantly be bashed as bad as they get bashed. This post is why y’all get hate though. Always saying how “ hot” you are. It’s why you have a mean girl rep

There is so much wrong with this where do I start. This is a post saying stop bashing each other but the FIRST thing you do is bash pi phi by saying “ they are dull “ because they are smart.....
Then you say Zeta is on no ones radar? I couldn’t walk by a group of girls during recruitment without hearing them talk about Zeta.
You brought up the negatives about every other sorority as well. Why go there if trying to stay positive?
Oh and yes you said phi mu has a “mean girl” rep but you say it proudly by basically saying the other sororities hate us cuz we are “indisputably” the hottest girls on campus. Uhhhh had you not added that word there would be atleast a five percent chance you weren’t a phi mu and wrote this entire post to make pnm’s think it’s where the hot girls land. Hot girls in EVERY sorority. Y’all have no more than the rest. Girl please!

ALL houses have hot trendy girls and then not so hot trendy girls. I agree it’s someone making fun of PhiMu and their bottom tier status as they surely aren’t shallow and insecure enough to label themselves as having the hottest/trendiest girls. Right????

It is a phi mu. Who else would write this?? A pi phi then label themselves as dull because they are smart??? A zeta and say they are on no ones radar?? A chi o then talk about their alums and questionable pnm’s?? An adpi then say some think there pledge class was not that good??? No, its a phi mu who isn’t ashamed of the mean girl rep and thinks all sororities dislike out of jealousy. They pointed out the negatives of each sorority before they said anything positive. It’s just way to obvious.
