Let's face it, the only reason Chi O "gets the girls they want" is because all you take are legacies. And you're only formerly considered top tier because you're a founding chapter. Nevermind the felon active or your poor attitude rep.
You're basically irrelevant so really should you even be on any rank list?

KD is not that high. Phi mu is well liked by the frats and would not be that low. Pi phi is living off past reputation and is third at best. Anyone who thinks chi o will lose to adpi is delusional.

Kappa is alone at the top - not changing anytime soon.
Zeta- moving them up here because neither PiPhi and ChiO should be #2. Fun girls everyone likes!
PiPhi - ho hum. Boring but pnms will still want them. Going to be harder next recruitment with TriDelt and PhiMu rising and going hard after their girls.
ChiO- I know they had an epic fail with their pc they took and finally people are being vocal that no one liked them anyway but tradition and LR JL moms will keep them toward the top.
TriDelt- they were a top house years ago and they are moving up again. This next year I see them passing ChiO.
Here’s where it gets messy because the rest of the houses are so similar but so different too so no one will ever agree:
KD - their recruitment this year was a bust even with a new house but I think they’ll spend this year working their butts off to rise back up.
ADPi- I like this house and they are getting a new house next year. They need one more good pc to move them up over KD. Can happen though so KD watch out.
PhiMu- I’ll say it. Guys love them. Other houses don’t hate them but they are def least liked house out there. I think that’s why they keep getting ranked so low - cause it’s by other girls. They are getting the hate TriDelt did for a while so be patient and they’ll move up to below TriDelt eventually.
AXO - my favorite house as far as sisterhood but just had an ok pc after a killer pc the year before. That’s why I’m not moving ADPi up so fast - everyone expected AXO to take over greek life and it didn’t happen.
AOPi - took a good pc and are working hard at not being ranked the lowest. Cheering for them to keep up the momentum
DG- hate to put anyone last. Got a great house and took a good pc. This next pc will be crucial if they are to move up or just going to be the house everyone conveniently puts last. Like these girls though.

What she said^! There are girls that will feel happier at other houses during recruitment and go with that versus automatically ranking a Kappa number one. Great great house but not sure if I would say “ alone at the top”
