Kappa - bid pretty, rich, smart girls. repeat.
Zeta- everyone’s friend. let’s give them some credit for no scandals and campus involvement.
PiPhi- boring but still a top house.
TriDelt- coming back from mid tier. Has kept out of controversy this year. Lots of pretty girls.
ChiO- one bad recruiting mistake can take down a chapter when no one else really liked them anyway.
ADPi- new darlings of Greek life. Not sure how or why but good for them.
KD- new house. New recruits. Go after girls you know you deserve.
AXO/PhiMu- both great girls. AXO doesn’t care where they’re ranked. Strongest sisterhood. PhiMu is obsessively determined to be ranked higher then they really are. They truly believe they should be ranked with TriDelt. Good for them for their confidence. Someone else said it. Different houses but different vibes.
AOPi/DG - same thing. Depends who you are on where you rank them. No real bottom houses here anyway.

This is correct and I believe the reason why adpi has been giving so much credit this year is they worked their butts off during recruitment and all without a house. I didn’t pledge them but they were one of my favorites the entire time. KDs were always so boring to me and their house a million miles a way couldn’t help them.
