Kappa - bid pretty, rich, smart girls. repeat.
Zeta- everyone’s friend. let’s give them some credit for no scandals and campus involvement.
PiPhi- boring but still a top house.
TriDelt- coming back from mid tier. Has kept out of controversy this year. Lots of pretty girls.
ChiO- one bad recruiting mistake can take down a chapter when no one else really liked them anyway.
ADPi- new darlings of Greek life. Not sure how or why but good for them.
KD- new house. New recruits. Go after girls you know you deserve.
AXO/PhiMu- both great girls. AXO doesn’t care where they’re ranked. Strongest sisterhood. PhiMu is obsessively determined to be ranked higher then they really are. They truly believe they should be ranked with TriDelt. Good for them for their confidence. Someone else said it. Different houses but different vibes.
AOPi/DG - same thing. Depends who you are on where you rank them. No real bottom houses here anyway.

There is a top five at Uark. Chi o will still be top five because of being founded here. All top five have Completely different vibes so it’s a matter of preference. Pi phi ‘s are smart and a little quirky, kappas are classy, zetas and tri delt are pretty and fun. Chi o is a mix of all different types due to the amount of legacies. No doubt there is a top five then the rest.

ChiO will keep recruiting same LR legacies. Only difference is they’ve lost their top house status as pnms won’t consider them anymore. Top five yes. Top three no way.

There is a distinct top five. I would also argue a top three with kappa pi phi/zta. Tri delt has fallen in the past couple of years and who knows where chi o will fall for 2020

Pi phi was so blah during recruitment to me and almost never see them on campus. Smart girls for sure just seems sort of ghostly

I think maybe pi phi gets the rep of being a boring house because unlike zeta ( cuz let’s face it, if “everyone “ has a good zeta friend they must be going out ALOT) they don’t party all the time but instead actually spend time studying which is why they are always top in grades!

But I personally know a girl who was kicked out of zta for her arrest last semester. I am in another sorority and all sororities have some bad apples. I think by controversy they mean not a lot of mean girl drama like tri delt and phi mu and now with new pledge class chi o. Most zetas I know are fun and friendly. Pi phi’s may not be as bubbly, attend as many frat parties ect... but they are smart leaders so give them some credit:)

You can't be in the top tier just because you were founded at a university especially founded by a man for women who are forced into coffins. What is the deal about Chi O's pledge class this year? So many legacies and drops. I think that AOII and AXO are doing well, and all the best to DG.
