ChiO is only relevant to some LR mommas. 50% regret their decision and spend all their time with friends in other houses. 50% are too cliquish to associate with anyone but themselves and Kappa.
Kappa- very small chance you’ll get in. To the girl who always says she cut Kappa..... you were never a top and were already getting cut.
Every other house - agree you should be happy and take any bid you get. You will be a “good fit” in more than one house so trust the system.

You can go in thinking you know where you’ll end up and dream of being in that house but ultimately this will probably hurt you more. Not to mention so many girls change their mind after seeing all the chapters! At the end of the day, a sorority is a sorority- they all have mean, pretty, crazy, wonderful, all types of girls. You will find your people no matter the letters. Just because you’re not a top house doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world, ranks are dumb anyways.

Agree with the original post but hate the phrase trust the process. Girls are devastated when cut from the top five or six. That is just the truth. And a lot of the girls have the grades, involvement ect.. to belong in one. They simply didn’t have the connections and it’s a numbers game. Make the best of your sorority wherever that is but the phrase trust the process is crap.

If you think you know what house you want and where you will end up my advice is to keep it to yourself. There was a girl in my group that announced loudly everyday “ I am going to be a Zeta! I have so many friends that are Zetas!” And she would act irritated she had to “ waste her time” going to lower ranked houses. Well guess what? Zeta cut her later in the week and boy was she quiet then. So ofcourse you can have favorites but try and keep your choices to yourself because you just never know!
