Beta beats Farmhouse while suspended? Lol

never met a single girl that enjoys going to sigma chi. and i have friends in all sorority chapters

okay so I go here, and for most girls (GDI's and anyone who's not in a top house looking for their phi daddy or to be a future SAE trophy wife) this is the truth:

sigma chi, yeah their parties are pretty good, but the rest of your top 5 needs work.
imo, and i think a lot of others, pike is #1, and lambda would be a close second or maybe even a tie. Almost all of the guys in both frats are cute and nice and everyone loves going to their parties.
kappa sig is awesome, but haven't had too many parties to be able to show it
also KA needs to be a lot higher on the list. their room parties are super fun and they hardly ever run out of jungle juice.
SAE and Phi Delt parties are just bland unless, like i said, you're in a top house. which is fine, they stick to their people and the rest of us don't care
SNU parties are also pretty fun and the boys are all pretty good as well
the rest of the list makes sense, it's less about rankings and more about tiers here, so this would be my list for how the majority of average girls see these frats based on parties and pc's

top tier

Pike, Lambda, KA, Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig
SAE, Phi Delt (still kinda fun, just less fun)

Middle

Fiji, Snu, Sig Ep, Beta, BYX

Bottom

AGR, Sigma Pi, Farmhouse
