Do frat guys care if you’re in a lower tier sorority? Even if you’re considered attractive?

If a guy won't give you the time of day because you're in XYZ, the real question is:

Why would you want to know him?

Don't define yourself by someone else's superficial standards - you want a guy to notice you for you, not your house. Unless of course you're trying to get your houses to have a mixer?

sig chi, phi delt, and sae typically socialize with kappa, chi o, and pi phi. Otherwise, it doesn’t really matter. all the frats are basically the same, all their parties are basically the same, and if one guy doesn’t like you there’s like 1000 others to pick from

Sigma Chi and SAE tend to stick with top house girls attractive or not. Girls can be snobby and if you’re in a lower house dating one of these guys the other girls won’t really talk to you so formals or functions can be lonely. My advice is to leave the top guys to the top houses. There are plenty of other fraternities.

I’m in a top house and dated a guy in a “bottom” house. It was creepy af when his friends kept asking me to bring my “hot sisters” to help their house look better. We broke up and I guess the stalker guys are still trying to lure top girls to improve their rep.

I asked a lot of different frat guys before recruitment what their fav sororities. MOST guys said their fav sorority was zeta. They may or may not be considered top. Ask for yourselves and see what they say. But now that I am here , I don’t think they really care. They like who they like regardless of what sorority they are in.

Actually this is kinda true. When I asked I heard a lot of “ well chi o and kappa are considered “top” but my favorite is zeta”

Guys do like Zeta and Tridelt. PhiMu is popular for “friends with benefits” but not someone they want to hang with in public. At least the top houses anyway.

The hotter ones like Zeta and Phi Mu get more attention from the guys, superficial, but it comes down to looks sometimes.
