Genuine-ness! So many houses lacked girls who were truly genuine and seemed to really care about what YOU specifically had to say. Many just went through the steps of smiling and asking interview questions instead of letting the conversation flow. Houses that were great at keeping pnms feel welcomed and appreciated were Zeta, Tri Delt, ADPi, KD, and AXO. Thank you to these houses! You made the rush process a lot easier and less stressful. I will always be thankful for the great girls I met at each of these houses
