chi omega on probation?

I've kept an open mind and have not listen to negative reviews on this site or negative rumors but I feel the need for some kind of answer.. I understand that all houses have rumors spread about them but half way through rush I really like Chi Omega but am joining a sorority to have sisters who love me, not to be hazed. If they are on probation, what exactly for? What does probation limit you from as a new member? I'm not asking for negativity I just want a real answer. Thanks.

Not on probation and they do not haze - best sorority at Arkansas
