Do the Arkansas chapters cut by ACT and or out-of-state?

Neither matter in terms of member selection.

Grades matter but most of the time we dont know your ACT score unless you tell us.
There are PLENTY of out of state women in each chapter. I know many women in my chapter from states as far as California.
