who won the pep rally?

so who won the pep rally? thought it was KD but then Chi o posted it on their insta story.. just confused and it’s kind of shady

the pep rally this year wasn’t like the pep rallies in the past. it used to be a sorority (greek life only) pep rally. this year they invited anyone and the theme was cowboy. (not sorority colors like in the past) the sororities were all in groups with one of the mascots as the “leader” KD and Chi O were in the same section with the mascot that won
