XO is not top tier. This has gotten ridiculous. The girls are not cute and honestly not that nice. Most PNMs preferred Pi Phi, KD, Zeta, Adpi and ddd this year. There pc last year wasn’t cute either tbh.

ChiO has fallen. They have been doing this to themselves. The Alum need to back off. ChiO is a Middle Tier group. It is official with this PC. Girls are not buying what ChiO is selling. Half of UARK is out of state and those girls don't care that they have history.
